Ways to Be in Reciprocity
If my work or music has been meaningful to you and your community, I invite your financial support. Patreon allows folx to donate monthly to support art and cultural work you believe is changing the world, and it helps us artists pay rent and buy groceries for our kids while we keep on catching song-seeds of change. Having monthly support is invaluable because it allows us to budget reliably while we figure out how to move away from capitalism towards something more life-giving for all of us 🙂
Peek Behind the Scenes
Plus everyone who signs up gets the inside scoop on my song process! I upload rough drafts of songs, share some of my learnings and thinkings, and am grateful to develop deeper relationships with folx who believe this is work worth doing.

Another way to support artists is to purchase our music on Bandcamp; it’s the platform that gives the most financial support to independent artists in this age of streaming. You can then download or stream our music, add it to your playlists, and feel good knowing you’re helping artists directly!
My work is always free to teach and sing in oral tradition community song circle settings. If you are a group with resources performing my songs, especially if you typically have a budget for sheet music or licensing, I invite you to consider what donation feels appropriate for that setting.
Other ways to be in reciprocity: let’s brainstorm!
Above all, I want the songs to be shared! Sing them, teach them to your friends, and help their seeds to spread.
Come to events and invite your friends to those as well; most of the time new people have to come be in the room and experience community singing for themselves to understand its magic and medicine.
I’d love to be in conversation about other creative ways to support our mutuality and interdependency 🌱
